Azets Ireland is delighted to have advised Sandford Freight Limited (“Sandford Freight”) which has been acquired by OIA Global. The well-established freight forwarding and logistics business expands OIA Global’s European network to include Ireland, a key market for the global industry verticals supported by OIA, while enhancing its reach to 27 countries with over 50 owned offices worldwide.
The Corporate Finance team was led by David Lucas, Jack Swinburne and Tom Kenny while Catherine McGovern and Danny Cusack provided tax advice to the shareholders. Marcus Lynch of Marcus Lynch Solicitors LLP acted as legal advisors to Sandford Freight.
