Azets Ireland (previously O'Connor Leddy & Holmes) is delighted to have advised SRS Alert Fire Limited (“SRS Alert Fire”) has been acquired by Writech Group (WTech Fire) (“Writech”) which leads Waterland Private Equity’s (“Waterland”) fire safety portfolio in Ireland. The well-established, Dublin and Cavan-based fire safety business is Writech’s sixth acquisition since the Dutch-founded firm took a stake in the business in 2021.

Azets Ireland (previously O'Connor, Leddy & Holmes) is delighted to have advised SRS Alert Fire Limited (“SRS Alert Fire”) has been acquired by Writech Group (WTech Fire) (“Writech”) which leads Waterland Private Equity’s (“Waterland”) fire safety portfolio in Ireland. The well-established, Dublin and Cavan-based fire safety business is Writech’s sixth acquisition since the Dutch-founded firm took a stake in the business in 2021.
The Corporate Finance team was led by David Lucas and Tom Kenny while Shane O’Donovan and Kevin Quinn of Azets Ireland acted as tax advisors. Eoghan Doyle, Hugo Grattirola and Deirdre Brannigan of Philip Lee acted as legal advisors to SRS Alert Fire.
