Fully Managed
- Complete preparation of weekly, bi-weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls.
- Calculation of PAYE, PRSI, USC, pensions and all other deductions - statutory/voluntary.
- Net salary payments directly to employee bank accounts via EFT.
- Payment and calculation to third parties of non-statutory deductions such as health insurance, pension & BIK etc.
- Completion of payroll submissions under PMOD with the facility to file and pay via ROS (Revenue on Line Service).
- Reports tailored to individual requirements with the capacity to interface with various accountancy packages.
- Password protected email payslips or access to a secure online payslip portal.
- Filing of relevant expenses with Revenue to comply with Revenue ERR requirements.
- Full query support to our authorised payroll contact on all payroll-related queries.
- CSO EHECS Returns prepared and submitted online.
- A soft copy of records will be retained for a period of six years to comply with Revenue requirements.
