Claire leads the Technical Accounting and Valuations team across Azets UK, helping clients with hard accounting questions and supporting them on accounting for various transactions such as IPOs, de-listings, mergers and acquisitions.
Claire joined Azets in January 2021, having spent 19 years at a big-four firm.
Claire’s client experience is varied both in size, industry and ownership structure ranging from owner managed businesses through to listed worldwide groups. Claire works alongside tax, corporate finance and audit colleagues to provide a complete service, including accounting to our clients.
