Jenny joined Azets in 2017 after ten years at a big four firm. As a member of both the Chartered Institute of Taxation and Association of Tax Technicians, Jenny has more than 15 years’ experience advising individuals, SMEs and owner-managed businesses, as well as housing associations, educational establishments, charitable organisations and international groups, on all aspects of tax. She undertakes M&A tax advisory work on behalf of buyers and sellers, which often incorporates structuring to maximise tax efficiency.
Jenny enjoys developing relationships with clients in order to fully understand their needs and add value to their business. The UK tax system is notoriously complex, so Jenny and her team aim to assist clients in as straightforward as manner as possible.
