Sarah's journey at Azets
Returning to work after a break was challenging, but having access to coaching sessions made a significant difference for me. It was really helpful to have someone other than my manager or colleagues to talk to. Although I had a lot of support from my manager and team, it was nice to speak to someone from outside the organisation whose purpose was to ask the right questions to get me to think about my feelings and how to deal with the return to work.
Navigating Challenges:
The coaching sessions came at a crucial time for me. During a particularly difficult few weeks with work and home life, the sessions guided me through coping techniques when things got overwhelming. I found the three sessions to be just right, even opting for a shorter final session as I felt it was sufficient.
Positive Experience and Timely Support:
The timing of the coaching introduction was perfect. It was introduced in my first week back at work, which allowed me to schedule meetings for approximately three weeks after. This gave me time to begin to settle back in and have things to discuss at the meeting. Being made aware of the coaching option in the first week back was great and provided the support I needed during my transition.

"The coaching sessions provided invaluable support during my transition back to work, helping me navigate challenges and settle in smoothly."
