TYPSA Group welcomes civil engineering firm Clifton Scannell Emerson Associates
Azets Ireland are proud to have advised TYPSA Group, a large international engineering group, based in Madrid, Spain on its agreement with Clifton Scannell Emerson Associates, which is a civil and structural engineering consultancy based in Dublin.
The TYPSA Group has more than 50 years of experience supporting institutional, public and private clients in the development of transport, water, building, renewable energy and rural development projects, from their conception to their commissioning and operation.
Clifton Scannell Emerson Associates has 70+ years of providing integrated, high quality engineering design and management services.
Greg Hogan, Partner, led the corporate finance advisory services team at Azets Ireland while the financial and tax due diligence work and teams were led by Partners Jack Swinburne and Kevin Quinn respectively.
