The Goodbody EIIS Funds offer a range of benefits to investors and companies alike.
The Goodbody EIIS Funds offer investors the opportunity to invest in a diversified portfolio of Irish SME companies under the Employment and Investment Incentive Scheme (“EIIS”). By investing in our Funds, investors should be able to avail of tax relief of between 20-50% of their investment amount and have the potential for an additional capital return. The rate of tax relief available depends primarily on the company’s lifecycle stage at the time of investment.
The scheme is one of the few sources of income tax reliefs available in Ireland, which can be offset against all income (incl. rental income).
The Funds are managed by a dedicated team of professionals with considerable knowledge and experience in fundraising, investment management and the EII scheme. We have raised almost €100m since 2015. Funds are raised on an annual basis towards the end of the calendar year.

Investor Perspective
The Goodbody EIIS Funds enables an individual to invest up to €250,000 (min. €20,000) in any one tax year. Eligible tax relief (between 20-50% of the investment) will be available for offset against income arising in the year of investment into the Fund. The rate of tax relief available depends primarily on the company’s lifecycle stage at the time of investment.
