Our Application Process for Early Careers

Applying for one of our early careers programmes?

The majority of our roles do not ask for any specific degree type or backgrounds, and no experience is necessary. You will see across our assessment processes, we focus predominantly on your ability to demonstrate an alignment with our values, and a passion for the role you’ve applied to. It's this combination that builds our amazing culture.

1. Apply

Visit our current opportunities page to explore available roles. You can apply for one role per campus year (1st September - 31st August), so choose the best fit for you. Complete the online application form thoroughly and honestly. A recruiter will screen your application within five working days to ensure you meet the entry requirements.

2. Online Assessment

This assesses your personality traits, values, and key skills (numerical, verbal, logic, attention to detail) to determine your alignment with the role and set a fair benchmark.

3. Screening Call

For certain roles, we may conduct a screening call to assess your motivation, understanding of the role, and the associated qualification before inviting you to an interview/assessment.

4. Interview/Assessment Day

All positions include a final interview, either face-to-face or via video call, depending on location. Some roles may also have a group assessment on the same day. You will receive feedback after this stage, regardless of the outcome.

"A successful application to Azets is one that showcases a passion for learning and growth. Highlight your willingness to embrace new challenges and your ability to work collaboratively within a team. We look for applicants who demonstrate a proactive attitude and a genuine interest in contributing to our dynamic and supportive work culture."
