- Application Submission: Submit your application through our careers page, tailoring your CV and cover letter to the role you are applying for.
- Initial Screening: Our Talent Acquisition Team will review your application to see how well your qualifications and experience align with the role’s requirements.
- Interviews: Our Talent Acquisition team will invite you to a phone call or video call where they will explore your experience and answer any initial questions about Azets and the role. They will also outline the process for the role that you have applied for. The number of further interview stages will depend on the complexity and seniority of the role you have applied for.
- Job Offer: You will receive a verbal offer, followed by formal paperwork delivered digitally which will include an offer letter, contract and information about the benefits available to you upon joining Azets.
- Onboarding: Once we receive your signed paperwork back, we will begin your onboarding process. During this time, you will received all the details you need to start your journey at Azets smoothly. Our comprehensive onboarding process ensures you’re well-prepared to join your new team and start contributing from day one.

- Pre-boarding: Before your first day, you'll receive a welcome message with practical information about your start date, induction information, contact persons, and an overview of your first day. We'll also prepare your IT equipment to ensure you have everything you need.
- First Week: During your first week, you'll meet your colleagues, get introduced to different departments, and receive basic training. This helps you get acclimated to your new role and the company culture.
- First Month: You'll continue to receive support and training to help you become more comfortable and productive in your role.
